Food Preparation - Wash, chop, shred, and prepare ingredients for cooking as directed.
Cooking and Assembling - Follow recipes to cook and assemble meals to ensure quality and consistency.
Cleaning and Sanitation - Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen by washing dishes, cleaning equipment and disposing of waste.
Inventory Management - Monitor inventory levels and assist in receiving deliveries.
Safety Compliance - Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health code standards to prevent cross-contamination and foodborne illnesses.
Team Collaboration - Work effectively with supervisor and other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Equipment Maintenance - Operate and maintain cooking equipment, ensuring it is clean and in working order.

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the kitchen
Basic food preparation skills
Knowledge of food safety & sanitation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication & teamwork skills
Ability to conduct inventory counts accurately
