The Offshore Clinical Consultant supports U.S.-based Clinical Consultants by performing non-coding, non-decision-making clinical chart preparation. This role focuses on organizing, abstracting, and preparing medical records to enable efficient, high-quality clinical review.
This is a supporting clinical role, not a coding or provider-facing position.
Key Responsibilities- Review and organize U.S. medical records (progress notes, labs, imaging, consults)
- Abstract clinically relevant information per chart prep protocols
- Prepare structured summaries for U.S.-based Clinical Consultants
- Flag missing, conflicting, or incomplete documentation (without interpretation)
- Adhere to defined turnaround times and productivity expectations
- Participate in QA review and remediation processes
- Active Philippine RN license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3-5 years of actual clinical experience
- Basic pharmacology knowledge will be essential
- Strong written and reading English proficiency
- Ability to interpret U.S. clinical documentation formats
