  • Efficiently process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all information is accurately entered into the hotel’s property management system (PMS).
  • Verify guest identification, provide room keys, and explain hotel amenities and policies.
  • Address guest inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, transportation, and dining options.
  • Respond to guest requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a pleasant stay.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Manage reservations, including making, modifying, and canceling bookings, ensuring accurate room assignments.
  • Assist in ensuring optimal room availability by coordinating with the reservations and housekeeping departments.
  • Answer phone calls and emails related to room reservations and inquiries, providing timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, transactions, and payments.
  • Process payments for room charges, incidentals, and other hotel services, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
  • Ensure proper documentation of guest requests, complaints, and feedback for future reference.
