About the Client
Our client is a fast-growing international consulting business that helps companies build practical and actionable business plans through structured workshops and CEO-level facilitation. With operations across multiple countries and a strong reputation in the market, they’re now expanding their support team and looking for a highly reliable Operations Coordinator to join them remotely.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?- This role is designed for someone who thrives in variety and enjoys owning coordination across multiple business areas. You’ll be the central point of support for operations, sales, and content execution—helping the leadership team stay focused on growth.
- On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Take ownership of key operational processes such as payroll coordination, invoicing support, and maintaining essential team and sales registers, ensuring everything is accurate, organised, and delivered on time.
- Support the sales team by managing the CRM pipeline, drafting proposals and Scope of Work documents, and ensuring new clients and advisors are onboarded smoothly.
- Handle social media execution by scheduling and posting content, managing the content calendar, and supporting engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Coordinate onboarding and internal processes, helping new team members get set up while also identifying ways to improve workflows and overall efficiency.
What Success Looks Like
In your first few months, you’ll have full ownership of day-to-day coordination, with systems running smoothly and minimal follow-ups needed. Longer term, you’ll become the trusted go-to person for operations and support, helping the leadership team focus on growing the business.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- You don’t have to be an expert in everything—but you should be someone who is organised, proactive, and reliable.
- We’re looking for someone who:
- Has at least 1–2 years of experience in coordination, virtual assistance, operations, or sales support roles.
- Is comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment without constant supervision.
- Communicates clearly in English, especially for client-facing emails and documents.
- Has experience using tools like CRM systems (HubSpot or similar), Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
- Bonus if you’ve worked with international clients or have experience in consulting, small business, or professional services environments.
- Permanent work-from-home setup with a stable international client.
- Exposure to global operations, sales processes, and business consulting environments.
