We are looking for an experienced and tech-savvy IT Specialist to support and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. If you're passionate about technology, problem-solving, and ensuring seamless system operations, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities- Design, manage, and maintain the company's database architecture to ensure data security, integrity, and accessibility.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and IT-related concerns.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems, servers, and software applications.
- Develop and update IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Maintain information security and implement best practices for data privacy.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Prepare reports on IT hardware and software concerns.
- Coordinate IT asset management and maintain updated inventory records.
- Submit accomplishment reports twice a month and conduct semi-annual IT inventory reporting.
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with exceptional technical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and database management.
- Familiarity with information security and data privacy principles.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience as an IT Technician or similar role is an advantage.
- Willing to be assigned in Cubao, Quezon City or Tayug, Pangasinan.
- Office and Field Work
- May be required to travel for official business and provide on-site technical support.
