JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Specialist – Application Development to support our growing application development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in cross-platform mobile development using Flutter or React Native with Node.js, and a solid foundation in C#. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI is a strong advantage.The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of innovative applications that enhance business efficiency and user experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter or React Native integrated with Node.js backend
- Assist in building and maintaining applications using C# and .NET technologies
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications
- Support integration of applications with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance
- Document development processes, workflows, and technical specifications
- Ensure applications adhere to security standards and IT governance policies
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in application development
- Proficient in mobile development using Flutter or React Native
- Experience with Node.js for backend development
- Working knowledge of C# and .NET framework
- Familiarity with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) and Power BI is a plus
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration techniques
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality solutions
