Job Summary:

The Mass and Flagship Category Admin Support provides day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Category Management team for both mass market and flagship product lines. The role ensures timely execution of back-end tasks, reporting, data maintenance, and coordination across departments to help the team meet sales, marketing, and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, encoding, and validation of product listings, pricing updates, and promotional plans.
  • Maintain accurate category files and documents including SKU masters, product specs, and trade program matrices.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure timely implementation of category activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and product availability reports and escalate stock concerns.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on product movement, sales performance, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Help organize and support new product launches and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to Category Managers including scheduling, communications, and filing.
  • Assist in the processing of supplier documentation, claims, and vendor-related paperwork.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, sales coordination, or category support roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail or FMCG environment.
