Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding- Post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
- Conduct background checks and coordinate the onboarding process
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming new hire experience
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions or concerns
- Support conflict resolution and help manage disciplinary actions
- Promote a positive workplace culture
- Assist in benefits enrollment and answer employee questions
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with benefit policies
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Assist in audits and reporting as needed
- Help coordinate training sessions and track employee development
- Support performance review processes
- Maintain HRIS systems and generate HR-related reports
- Assist with policy creation and updates
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field
- At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
