JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Encode / generate the electrical materials at Dispatch for all new installations
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the VP Sales and Marketing
- Encodes ALL new FHBAS Sales Orders, FDAS, KFSS & new PM Services in the Dispatch
- In charge of ALL residential, commercial & chain accts documentation and down payments prior to endorsement to Accounting and Installation Group
- Send and follow up billings and ensure efficient collections of newly completed accounts (50% balance for commercial chain/non-chain & residential).
