1. Lead Internal Audit Function

• Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan aligned with organizational objectives.

1. Strengthen Internal Controls

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identify gaps, and implement robust control systems across all departments.

1. Risk Management & Compliance

• Assess business risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

1. Operational & Financial Audits

• Conduct comprehensive audits covering financial, operational, and compliance areas to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and integrity.

1. Fraud Detection & Prevention

• Investigate irregularities, recommend preventive measures, and promote a culture of accountability.

1. Reporting & Recommendations

• Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights and present findings to senior management.

1. Process Improvement

• Recommend and drive continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks.

1. Team Leadership

• Manage, mentor, and develop the internal audit team to achieve high performance and professional growth.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is highly preferred
• Proven experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance roles
• Strong knowledge of audit frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory standards
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Experience in corporate or multi-industry environment is an advantage
