Monday.com Solutions Architect

• We’re Hiring: Monday.com Solutions Architect (Full-Time, Remote)

Schedule: 40 hours/week | CDT business hours

• About the Role

We’re looking for a monday.com Solutions Architect who can translate complex business processes into scalable, well-structured systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments and enjoys building, optimizing, and explaining powerful workflows.

• Communicate directly with clients via email, Google Meet, and Loom updates.
• Lead and contribute to client calls with clarity and confidence.
• Design and build monday.com boards, automations, and dashboards aligned to client workflows.
• Continuously improve and optimize systems as business needs evolve.
• Troubleshoot system issues calmly and take ownership through resolution.
• Address client questions with clear explanations and sound judgment.
• Record Loom videos to explain system logic, updates, and decisions.
• Document systems, workflows, and changes in a clear and consistent way.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and implementation leads.

• Background in operations, process improvement, or systems design
• Experience with automations, integrations, or light development work
