- We’re Hiring: Monday.com Solutions Architect (Full-Time, Remote)

We’re looking for a monday.com Solutions Architect who can translate complex business processes into scalable, well-structured systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments and enjoys building, optimizing, and explaining powerful workflows.
✅ Key Responsibilities- Communicate directly with clients via email, Google Meet, and Loom updates.
- Lead and contribute to client calls with clarity and confidence.
- Design and build monday.com boards, automations, and dashboards aligned to client workflows.
- Continuously improve and optimize systems as business needs evolve.
- Troubleshoot system issues calmly and take ownership through resolution.
- Address client questions with clear explanations and sound judgment.
- Record Loom videos to explain system logic, updates, and decisions.
- Document systems, workflows, and changes in a clear and consistent way.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and implementation leads.

- Background in operations, process improvement, or systems design
- Experience with automations, integrations, or light development work
