Job Purpose:
The Cinema Operations Associate ensures the smooth, efficient, and compliant daily operation of all cinema facilities, services, and support functions within the mall. The Cinema Operations Associate sets operational standards, and steps in directly when urgent operational, technical, or customer-related issues arise.

Provide hands-on support across cinema operations and other business needs as required
Qualifications- Graduate of Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management with equivalent certification courses
- Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience in Cinema Operations Management
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications specifically MS Word, Powerpoint, MS Excel and MS Visio as well as other specialized softwares like SAP or Oracle
- Strong oral and written communication skills including negotiation, presentation, facilitation and training all levels of the organization
- With strategic, result/data driven, process orientation and risk-based approach mindset
