Qualifications:
Graduate of related course
With at least 3-5 years of experience as an HR or HR Business Partner.
Experience in HR Policy, Compliance and Governance
With experience working from a BPO/ industry but not mandatory
Job Description:
Drafting and reviewing Policies, as well as handling HR Compliance and Governance
Change Management & Communication Skills
Ability to handle or lead change management projects and create communication plans. (Strong project management skills)
Organization Development Organization analysis (Comfortable in data analytics and can draw insight from available data) and design intervention programs e.g. People Engagement programs specific to the account, Total Rewards, ER, familiar with labor lawsInnovativeness and proactiveness
Very active in seeking new or novel ways of doing things, challenging the status quo and highly driven to succeed
Stakeholder Management - Ability to maintain good relationships with the key stakeholders.
Change communication styles appropriate to the situation.
Sensitive in selecting the right channel to communicate.Team oriented
