OPERATIONS MANAGER
Job Description: Oversee daily operations and ensure workflows run efficiently
Visits branches to address concernsManage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation
Submits reports on Sales and Operational concerns to the GM
Identify opportunities to increase revenue or connect with new customers
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives
Formulate procedures to prevent the recurrence of problems encountered
Device promotional ideas to increase sales
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure quality standards are met
Fosters a high-performing work team culture throughout the company
Recruit, train, and supervise team members
Evaluates employees
Collaborate with leadership to align operations with strategic objectives
Implements performance appraisal, rewarding, and disciplining employees
Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory requirements
Forecast business needs and support long-term planning
Impose rules and regulations of the company
Conduct meetings to address problems
Issues memorandums to discipline an employee or to disseminate information.

Required skills: Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven project management and organizational skillsProficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, project management software, and data analysis platforms
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Strong financial management and reporting skills
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in operations management or a related roleHardworking, honest, and self-reliant
Can work with minimum supervision
Willing to travel
