Job Description:
We are looking for a licensed Medical Technologist with at least 2 years of experience in a medical laboratory to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will perform routine and specialized laboratory tests to support accurate diagnosis and patient care.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Medical Technologist (PRC registered)
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a medical laboratory
- Knowledgeable in Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Microscopy, Serology, and Blood Banking
- Familiar with laboratory equipment operation, calibration, and maintenance
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work shifting schedules (if required)
Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure proper sample handling and documentation.
- Maintain quality control and laboratory standards.
- Follow laboratory safety and infection control protocols.
- Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Prepare and release laboratory results on time
