Working Hours: Regular Hours, Mondays- Fridays, 7 AM- 4 PM (Fixed day shift and weekends off)

Job Qualifications:

• Background in mortgage broking, loan processing
• Comfortable building and maintaining relationships remotely with Australian clients
• Understands broker workflows including lodgement, compliance, and client servicing
• Proactive mindset, someone who surfaces opportunities and flags risks before being asked

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing our clients as the primary point of contact
• Conducting monthly check-ins and capturing VA performance feedback
• Building genuine long-term relationships so clients feel like we truly know and understand their business
• Understanding each client's loan processing workflow well enough to have real conversations about their VA's progress and what comes next
• Spotting when a client is ready to add a VA or grow their team and raising it proactively rather than waiting to be asked
• Catching VA performance or upskilling needs before they become client concerns
• Handling routine escalations confidently and independently
