Sr. Data Analyst (Legal - Contract Digitalization/Migration)

The Senior Data Analyst will lead the strategic digitization of the company’s contract management lifecycle from manual processes to a centralized, data-driven system. This role blends legal expertise, project management, and data analytics, with proficiency in Microsoft Power BI considered an advantage.

Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Counsel, the manager will oversee system implementation, data migration, and integration of analytics to optimize contract performance. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with IT, Business Development, Operations, Procurement, HR, and Finance, and may require representation before the Department of Labor, NLRC, and other government agencies.

• Drive end-to-end digitization of contract management across Philippine and Indonesia teams.
• Develop and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Analyze current workflows and design efficient digital solutions.
• Deploy CLM software, e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign), and legal tech platforms.
• Ensure secure, accurate migration of contracts to a centralized repository.
• Use NLP and data science to extract key clauses, assess risks, and visualize trends via Power BI.
• Coordinate with internal departments and manage cross-functional expectations.
• Monitor KPIs and mitigate project risks using analytics tools.
• Represent the company in labor-related cases and perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in BI or analytics
• Proficient in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Skilled in SQL, Excel, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
