Digital Marketing Services Production Specialist

Position Overview

This hands-on position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent show-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize show digital packages including building Hubspot landing pages, executing social media and display ad campaigns, coordinating list rentals, fulfilling show leads, and executing awards programs
• Execute all technical setup required for show-related digital marketing initiatives
• Manage show digital package projects from setup through completion and delivery
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on package specifications and requirements
• Ensure all show digital packages are delivered on time and meet performance expectations

• Maintain rigorous quality assurance standards to ensure all package elements are accurate and launch-ready
• Execute detailed technical checks before package deployment
• Maintain comprehensive campaign documentation and best practices
• Track and document all show digital package activities and deliverables

• Monitor show digital package performance and delivery metrics
• Make real-time optimizations to improve results
• Troubleshoot technical issues and platform challenges that arise
• Coordinate resolution of client concerns or technical issues

• Execute display advertising, list rental, and social media components of show packages
• Manage data feeds and audience lists for show lead packages
• Coordinate Awards program setup and execution
• Handle technical troubleshooting and platform-specific challenges

• Background knowledge of show digital marketing products including Show Spotlights, Show Leads, Show Social Beacons, List Rentals, Awards Programs, and Display Ads
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and campaign management tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with project management tools like Smartsheet and Asana
• Strong technical aptitude for learning new platforms and tools quickly
• Excellent communication skills for client and team coordination
• Detail-oriented approach to campaign setup and quality assurance
• Deadline-driven with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills for managing complex campaign workflows

• Remote/offshore position supporting US-based digital marketing operations
• Collaborative team environment with regular communication and coordination
• Fast-paced setting with multiple concurrent show packages and tight deadlines
