Civil Engineer (Property Management)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and repair of buildings, offices, and company properties
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare condition reports
- Plan, estimate, and supervise repair and construction works
- Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality of work
- Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and material take-offs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations
- Handle permits and coordinate with government agencies when needed
- Maintain documentation of maintenance records and project reports
- Develop and document maintenance systems, SOPs, and workflow processes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
- Experience in property management, facilities, or construction
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and project supervision
- Skilled in cost estimation, planning, and contractor coordination
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and basic project management tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple sites
- Fresh graduates are welcome
