Civil Engineer (Property Management)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and repair of buildings, offices, and company properties
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare condition reports
Plan, estimate, and supervise repair and construction works
Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers
Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality of work
Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and material take-offs
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations
Handle permits and coordinate with government agencies when needed
Maintain documentation of maintenance records and project reports
Develop and document maintenance systems, SOPs, and workflow processes

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
Experience in property management, facilities, or construction
Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and project supervision
Skilled in cost estimation, planning, and contractor coordination
Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and basic project management tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple sites
Fresh graduates are welcome
