Network Field Engineer - Telecommunications (LEYTE)

• Perform Provisional Acceptance Testing (PAT) for access network elements and ensure compliance with operational standards
• Validate installed and dismantled network assets; ensure accurate documentation for logistics and tracking
• Experience with telecommunications network equipment and testing tools is required
• Execute assigned work orders based on schedule and quality requirements
• Monitor site issues and perform timely escalations (technical, access, utility, or rental concerns)
• Provide recommendations to improve field processes and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project guidelines
• Attend required meetings and training sessions
• Work independently in field environments with minimal supervision

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or related field
• Required: Minimum 4 years experience in telecommunications projects / network engineering
• Hands-on experience in telecom network deployment, testing, or operations

Technical Skills:

• Experience in network testing, asset validation, and field operations
• Familiarity with telecom equipment and systems (RAN knowledge is an advantage)
• Experience with Nokia or HT RAN is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and willing to travel to field sites
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays if needed
