What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and provide on-site and/or remote support mainly for Ubiquity’s inventory and supplies
- Perform warehousing and storekeeping tasks including receiving, handling, storing, recording, issuing, and delivering stocks/materials
- Ensure that all inventory activities are encoded in the system to maintain accurate inventory data
- Assist in the physical inventories and count, and in reconciling inventory variances
- In charge of tagging company assets and supplies
- Lead, manage, and mentor the team, define roles and responsibilities, and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Work and collaborate with various internal teams in support of stock/materials such as IT teams, Project Management, etc.
- Verifies and conducts quality inspections of all incoming and outgoing company assets and supplies
- Prepare accurate and complete inventory report Implement good warehouse practices
- Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position
What We’re Looking For:
- With at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge in Asset Management tool
- Knowledge in Asset Management principles and practices
- With good verbal and written communication skills
- People Management
