It asset management (urgent)

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Asset Management
• Experience in both hardware and software is required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, and Payment Processes related to IT assets, Contract Management, and ensure timely closure of issues, track action items
• Experience in Cloud is highly preferred
• Experience working with Procurement, and business teams, compliance, with the ability to coordinate across IT
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Vlookup or similar platforms), Pivot, Power BI, Microsoft Excel
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and security, or related roles, Risk & Compliance, IT Governance
• Knowledge in Technical Support and ITIL
• CAN START IMMEDIATELY

• Project-based (6 months initial contract)
• Location: Global Center 9th Avenue, corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
• Hybrid setup

Responsibilities

• Executes regular conformance reviews with IT Asset Owners to ensure compliance on industry regulations and standards
• Identifies gaps in IT Asset Management processes implemented by IT Asset Owners
• Assigns and monitors closure of gaps after each conformance reviews
• Serves as point of contact for regulatory and compliance activities related to IT Assets

• Coordinates with IT Asset owners on the completeness and accuracy of their respective IT Assets
• Maintains a consolidated inventory of all IT Assets
• Prepares regular reports to management and IT Asset Owners
• Drives proper and secured data management on IT Asset records
