Job Description:
IT ASSET CONTROLS- Executes regular conformance reviews with IT Asset Owners to ensure compliance on industry regulations and standards
- Identifies gaps in IT Asset Management processes implemented by IT Asset Owners
- Assigns and monitors closure of gaps after each conformance reviews
- Serves as point of contact for regulatory and compliance activities related to IT Assets
- Coordinates with IT Asset owners on the completeness and accuracy of their respective IT Assets
- Maintains a consolidated inventory of all IT Assets
- Prepares regular reports to management and IT Asset Owners
- Drives proper and secured data management on IT Asset records
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience in IT Asset Management
- Hands on experience in IT governance, Procurement, Payment Processes related to IT Assets, and Contract Management
- Knowledgeable in Excel
