Data analyst - Makati

Job Description

• Analyze student, faculty, and learning data to drive instructional effectiveness, curriculum improvements, and student success strategies
• Create clear, compelling visualizations and reports that actually help people make decisions
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the right data informs the right decisions at the right time
• Use data to help students stay on track, master what they need to succeed, and reach graduation ready for meaningful careers
• Identify and help systematize proven learning models through faculty training, structured support, and user-friendly data dashboards and playbooks

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or Statistics
• Proven experience leading teams or cross-functional projects in data, research, or analytics
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience working with large datasets using Excel, Python, SPSS, SQL, or similar tools
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights through storytelling, visualization, and dashboards (Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.)
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and figuring things out
• Experience working with low-income students in higher education or training institutions
• Background in designing, managing, or scaling education innovations
• Ability to make complex things simple and engaging, balancing high standards with a good sense of humor
