We are seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Specialist with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Office 365 administration, mailbox delegation, antivirus tools (Eset), device management, firewall updates, and backup procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Office 365 Administration- Onboarding and offboarding employees
- Managing mailbox delegation
- Checking and resolving error messages
- Monitoring and managing PCs
- Adding and checking devices within our system
- Patching devices to ensure they are up-to-date
- Updating firmware
- Adding and managing VPN users
- Checking for backup errors
- Running test backups and recovering files when necessary
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or support role
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration and mailbox delegation
- Experience with Eset antivirus tool
- Proficiency in device management, including adding, checking, and patching devices
- Familiarity with firewall updates and VPN user management
- Experience in backup management, including error checking, test backups, and file recovery
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with team members and end-users
- Ability to commute or relocate to Ortigas as the role is permanently office-based
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional)
- Experience with other IT tools and software
