Experience/Qualifications
The Senior IT Helpdesk Technician requires at least 5+ years of proven experience with technology and outstanding personal communication skills. Our clients are easygoing and fun to work with. You must be able to do documentation and time-entry in our ticketing system.A positive, service-oriented personality is a must!
