Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, executing and monitoring marketing campaigns across traditional, email, social media, and digital platforms.
- Reporting & Research: Conduct market research, analyze competitors’ products/activities, Market trends. Prepare reports on campaign and/or special project performances such as ROI, expenses.
Ø Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data on each event or project.
Ø Prepare marketing activity reports of competitors.
Ø Conducts Market research on consumer trends.- Project Management: Coordinate special projects, trade shows, events and managing timelines.
Ø Responsible for identifying target selling locations (e.g exclusive villages, condominiums, communities, cooperatives, etc.)
o Responsible for establishing efficient routes in between selling locations and corresponding time schedule.
Ø Assists during trade shows and events.- Administrative Support: Maintain marketing databases, inventory promotional materials and products. Logistics support on marketing programs.
- At least 1 – 2 yrs previous experience in marketing or relevant internships.
- Excellent work ethics, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office specifically Excel, social media platforms, and other analytics tools for reporting and presentation.
- Working knowledge of planning routes within Metro Manila
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering.
