Practice Heroes Consulting is looking for a bright, energetic Marketing Coordinator to join our small Makati CBD team. You'll work directly with our founder, supporting marketing for our Australian accounting and professional services clients — using AI tools to make great work faster.
We are a boutique firm with 8 long-term Australian clients and a team of 33 here in Manila. We have never lost a client since we started. We believe in quality over quantity, real career growth for our team, and building long-term relationships — with clients and with each other.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Take AI-drafted LinkedIn posts, emails, and blog content and turn them into polished, published work
- Use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Canva AI every day — we are an AI-first team
- Manage outreach sequences and keep our HubSpot CRM updated
- Help coordinate and write client case studies
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut or Descript
- Create social visuals and marketing assets using Canva and AI design tools
- Support paid media campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta
- Help pitch our founder as a podcast guest and coordinate logistics
- Excellent written English with a natural, clear style
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or a similar role (agency, startup, or in-house all welcome)
- You are a fast learner who enjoys picking up new tools
- You are genuinely excited about using AI in your work
- You take ownership of your tasks and enjoy seeing your work go live
- Bonus: any personal work you are proud of — LinkedIn account, TikTok, newsletter, side project, freelance work (not required)
- PHP 45,000 – 55,000 monthly base salary
- 13th month pay

OUR HIRING PROCESS
We respect your time. The whole process takes 10-14 days:

- Stage 3: 48-hour paid marketing exercise — we pay PHP 1,500 via GCash when you submit, regardless of outcome
- Stage 4: One-hour final interview with the founder
