Job Overview
The Corporate Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring, managing, and retaining corporate clients. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of corporate sales processes, and the ability to present customized solutions that meet clients’ needs.The Corporate Sales Representative will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Development- Identify and target prospective corporate clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to acquire new business accounts.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads to achieve sales targets.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business challenges and recommending relevant solutions.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis for potential clients to provide tailored proposals and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to corporate clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for the company and the client.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve product offerings.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.
