About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a talented Workforce Real Time Analyst to join our dynamic team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a Workforce Real Time Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the efficiency and productivity of our busy call centre operations.

This is a full-time position that will see you working onsite at our Davao City facility.

What you'll be doing
  • Continuously monitor and analyse real-time call centre metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement effective workforce management strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels and call handling capabilities
  • Provide timely and actionable insights to call centre managers to support data-driven decision making
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to identify and resolve operational issues
  • Identify and facilitate the implementation of process improvements and technological solutions
  • Generate comprehensive, high-quality reporting to track performance and inform future planning
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or challenges to the call centre's operations
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a call centre environment, with a strong understanding of workforce management principles and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong working knowledge of call centre performance metrics and key performance indicators
  • Proficient in the use of workforce management and data analysis tools, such as Excel and Tableau
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
