Wholesale Outreach and Retail Support Specialist
The ideal candidate will gradually take full day-to-day ownership of the channel—handling routine communication, order processing, database hygiene, and strategic reorder campaigns to help scale our brand footprint across independent retailers, specialty accounts, and wellness boutiques.

Key Responsibilities- Account Management & Customer Support
Manage all routine day-to-day communication, relationship nurturing, and inbound support inboxes for current wholesale accounts.
Provide timely, professional, and efficient support regarding product details, shipping times, wholesale pricing, and ordering processes.
Respond to inbound wholesale inquiries, review new retailer applications, and manage account setup processes.- Order Fulfillment & Pipeline Management
Process new wholesale orders, reorders, and sample requests accurately and quickly through Shopify.
Work closely with fulfillment and logistics partners to ensure samples and bulk wholesale orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
Build, maintain, and optimize a clean, centralized retailer database and sales tracking pipeline.- Sales Outreach & Market Research
Conduct targeted outbound outreach to prospective retail partners via email, Instagram, and other social channels.
Research and identify stores, apothecaries, gift shops, and boutiques that align perfectly with our brand aesthetic and target market.
Execute strategic reorder outreach and follow-up sequences to maximize response rates and reactivate idle or inactive accounts.- Operations, Asset Maintenance & Reporting
Utilize internal sourcing, CRM, and outreach tools (such as Overjoy), closely track results, and document clean, repeatable workflow processes.
Keep wholesale line sheets, product catalogs, and other basic retailer-facing sales materials current.
Provide clean, simple weekly reporting to leadership covering outreach data, open opportunities, opening orders, reorders, and explicit next-action items.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: Direct B2B sales support, lead generation, wholesale outreach, or retail account management experience—ideally working with a CPG, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer product brand.
Shopify Proficiency: Prior hands-on experience managing customer records, fulfillment, or transactions on Shopify is strongly preferred.Pipeline Systems: Experience using CRM systems, lead generation databases, or structured pipeline-management platforms.
Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication instincts with comfort handling outbound outreach and building professional rapport with store buyers.
Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, robust organizational habits, and the capability to work independently with minimal daily oversight.Bonus: Competency with Canva for updating line sheets or retailer documents is a helpful plus.
