DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (VIVA BEAUTY)

Basic Purpose/ Job Summary:

Responsible for promoting the company across all digital channels. Specializing in e-commerce, social media campaigns, and marketing strategy.

Job Description:

• Manage content for Viva Beauty's social media (TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee), emails, and other forms of digital communication.
• Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends, and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
• Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree major in Marketing Management/ Mass Communications/ Advertising and Public Relations/ Business Administration
• With 3 to 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in Health and Beauty retail industry, preferably for cosmetics and skincare brands.
• Must have skills in marketing campaigns, digital marketing, analysis, and market trends.
• Must be proficient in MS Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
• Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
• Strong project management and managerial skills
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Canva or other similar applications
• Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
• Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
• Ability to communicate well in Tagalog & English
• Must be highly organized and have keen attention to detail
• Must be adaptable and flexible
• Must thrive under pressure
• Must be willing to work long hours
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
• Can start immediately
• Able to work in a hybrid set-up, Mon WFH, Tues to Fri On-Site.
