Clinical & Product Specialist

• The Clinical & Product Specialist serves as a bridge between clinical expertise and product knowledge, supporting healthcare professionals in the effective use of medical devices or diagnostic tools. This role combines technical training, product promotion, and customer support to ensure optimal patient outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare providers.
• Conduct clinical support during product evaluations, cases and workshop/training.
• Provide post-sales support, address client concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product strategies
• Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot product-related issues
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes
• Assist in developing clinical documentation and educational materials

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Health Sciences, Nursing, or related field
• Clinical experience in a hospital or laboratory setting (1–2 years preferred)
• Ability to travel for fieldwork and client visits
• Familiarity in operations settings and medical devices is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Capable of working independently and in cross-functional teams

What We Offer:

Pay: Php23,000.00 – Php25,000.00 per month
