Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing and maintaining social media platforms
  • Create basic graphic design materials for marketing and branding purposes
  • Update and maintain company websites using platforms such as Weebly
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and content coordination
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, email management, and document organization
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications
  • Assist with client inquiries and follow-ups professionally
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and marketing materials
  • Support daily operational and assistant-related tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables
