LEASING COORDINATOR

About the role

This is a full-time position offering opportunities for career growth and development.

• Coordinate the leasing process, from sourcing and screening potential tenants to negotiating and drafting lease agreements
• Manage existing tenant relationships, including handling lease renewals, addressing any queries or concerns, and ensuring timely rental payments
• Maintain detailed records of all leasing activities and tenant information
• Assist in the development and implementation of leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available leasing opportunities and attract new tenants
• Provide administrative support to the leasing and property management departments as needed

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leasing or property management role, preferably in the retail or commercial real estate industry
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite, to maintain accurate records and reports
• A detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Familiarity with local real estate regulations and leasing best practices
