We are looking for a Leasing Manager who will take the lead in managing all aspects of store leasing. The role focuses on securing prime retail locations, negotiating favorable lease agreements, and ensuring sites align with business growth and brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and secure new retail sites.
• Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and contract agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and brokers.
• Oversee lease terms, occupancy costs, and compliance.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to support expansion and cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail leasing.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Solid understanding of leasing practices, contracts, and retail property markets.
• Willing to travel for site inspections and lease negotiations.
