• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising operations, or related field
• Analytical, organized, results-driven mindset
• Strong numerical capability with interest in digital media
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Strong communication skills for internal and client-facing collaboration
• Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
• Proactive, self-starting attitude
• Demonstrated interest in digital advertising environment

• Assist in the creation, execution and optimization of social and programmatic ad campaigns
• Assist with mid-campaign and post-campaign reporting and client services
• Create and execute operational processes for successful campaign delivery
• Beta test internal proprietary technology and provide feedback and recommendations
• Provide targeting, budgetary and campaign optimization recommendations to clients
• Participate in training sessions, daily meetings, and company-wide engagements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end campaign understanding
