ESL TRAINER

Qualifications:

• Must have a strong knowledge in particular subject areas
• Must have the ability to work in a team
• Enthusiastic with pleasing personality

Responsibilities:

• Assessing teacher's learning
• Teaching teachers and evaluate progress
• Develop effective training programs for ESL teachers
• Observe ESL lessons and provide feedback for improvement
• Stay updated on English language education trends and approaches
• Instruct teachers on how to carry out ESL demo lessons effectively
• Create tools to assess the effectiveness of ESL training
• Guide ESL teachers in utilizing technology for language instruction
• Manage training metrics such as attendance, show-up rate, and pass rate for ESL training
• Demonstrating communication and interpersonal skills as they relate to interaction with students, other teachers, administrators, and other school personnel

• MONDAY to Friday - 7:50 am to 4:50 pm

Salary: P19,000 - P21,000
