- Provide general employment information as well as appropriate forms to applicants or employees, ensuring that when forms are submitted, they are completed thoroughly accurately
- Receive responds to varied general questions from applicants, employees or managers
- Send, retrieves and additionally reviews results from background screening contractor
- Determine whether or not applicant or employee meets eligibility requirements for employment
- Discuss eligibility issues with applicant or employee
- Review forms as well as enters information in the human resource information system accurately thoroughly
- Complete routine assignments independently
- Verify employment dates places supplied on job applications
- Develop general reports information on human resource activities as requested
- Prepare as well as processes new hire forms personnel actions - Assist in the completion maintenance of personnel files
- Respond to incoming phone calls takes messages in the absence of management personnel
- Conducts background checking for Newly Hired and Probationary Employees.
- Checks and maintains control over the database and trackers of the Team. -Monitors and double-checks the Agency-based Employees due for Employment Absorption.
- Assists in developing new strategic plans for the Team.
- Addressing any employment relations issues
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval -In charge of benefit/s payment, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig
- Processing of timekeeping related reports for payroll processing
- Other tasks may be assigned by his superior from time to time.
- Qualifications/Requirements
II. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (Human Resource, Psychology or equivalent)
- At least 3 years or more of relevant work experience
- Strong learning ability, clear design ideas, and strong aesthetics
- Possess copywriting skills and be able to tap the highlights of the product
- Have a high sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team spirit
