About the role
We are looking for an exceptional Chief Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As the Chief Finance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and strategy for our growing insurance brokerage business.
What you'll be doing- Manage the company's financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Provide strategic financial advice to the senior leadership team to support key business decisions
- Oversee the accounting and finance team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial processes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and legislation
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and drive cost optimisation
- Analyse financial data to uncover insights that support the company's growth and profitability
- Partner with other functional leaders to align financial strategy with the overall business objectives
- 10+ years of experience in a senior finance or CFO role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams
- Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and systems
- CPA or CFA qualification preferred
