About the role
Valeros Velasco Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated Non-Voice Customer Support professional to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to our banking customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues through various digital channels.
What you'll be doing- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other digital channels
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers about banking products and services
- Assist customers with account-related issues, such as balance inquiries, transactions, and service requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
- Proficiency in using computer systems and various digital communication tools
- Familiarity with banking products, services, and regulations
- Customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer experience
