The Role: Provide Support for IT infrastructure and internal systems.

What We’re Looking For: 0–2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support.
Professional fluency in Mandarin (written and verbal).Foundational knowledge of IT Infrastructure (Windows/Mac/Networking).
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
