Management Trainee

Management Trainee - is someone being groomed for leadership roles by gaining hands-on experience in different areas of a company. They undergo rotation across various departments, receive mentorship, and handle projects to gain comprehensive business knowledge and learn how different parts of the business operate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rotate across different departments (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, HR)
• Assist president and managers with daily tasks and projects
• Learn company policies, systems, and workflows
• Participate in training sessions and performance evaluations
• Handle leadership responsibilities under supervision
• Support supervisors and managers in daily tasks, reports, and projects.
• Understand how the organization operates, including rules, systems, and standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, HR, or related field
• Shows initiative, responsibility, matured and willingness to take on challenges
• Able to work well with the president, teams and different department managers.
• Can understand basic business issues and suggest solutions
• Willing to work in different departments or locations if required.
