Job Overview

We are seeking a Content Management Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our content repository. This role ensures content is accurate, well-organized, compliant, and easily accessible to support marketing campaigns and business initiatives.

You'll work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to manage workflows, improve processes, and support AI-enabled content solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily content repository operations, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and version control
• Maintain content quality through proper tagging, metadata, and structured documentation
• Execute content updates and lifecycle management processes
• Support the implementation of AI tools to improve content creation and efficiency

• Partner with marketing, product, and campaign teams to ensure content is ready for launches and initiatives
• Coordinate workflows to support timely delivery of content
• Track content usage and performance, and recommend process improvements

• Support content governance, including audits and taxonomy updates
• Ensure all content meets brand, legal, and regulatory standards
• Maintain organized records and follow content lifecycle best practices

• 5–7 years of experience in content management, marketing operations, or a related field
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) tools
• Familiarity with AI tools for content workflows is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Management, or a related field

• Experience working in a structured or regulated environment
• Strong process improvement and operational mindset
• Interest in using AI to enhance content systems and workflows

• Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
• Schedule: US business hours (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH Time)
