Job Overview

We are seeking a Content Program Management Lead to define and lead the strategy, operating model, and governance for enterprise content across digital, thought leadership, direct marketing, social media, events, and executive communications.

This is a senior role for someone who excels in complex environments and can bring structure, scalability, and efficiency to content operations—leveraging data, strong processes, and AI-enabled workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end strategy and operating model for enterprise content
• Ensure content delivery is scalable, compliant, and aligned with business goals
• Oversee execution across content teams, creative, campaign teams, and compliance partners

• Establish and manage planning processes (annual and quarterly roadmaps, editorial calendars, capacity planning)
• Lead prioritization, intake processes, and workflow management
• Define and implement RACI models, SLAs, and clear cross-team handoffs
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization

• Develop and maintain content standards (taxonomy, metadata, versioning, accessibility, brand and compliance guidelines)
• Manage content approvals, audit trails, and documentation
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including HIPAA where applicable

• Implement and scale AI-driven content workflows (briefing, drafting, quality checks, content variations)
• Ensure responsible AI use with proper governance and human oversight

• Manage program budgets, vendors, and resourcing plans
• Lead and develop a small program or PMO team
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in content operations, program management, or marketing operations at an enterprise level
• Proven experience building governance frameworks (e.g., RACI, SLAs, stage-gates)
• Strong background working with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, product, compliance)
• Experience with content platforms (CMS, DAM), taxonomy, metadata, and content standards
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in content workflows, with a focus on quality and responsible use
• Strong executive communication skills, including presenting data and leading business reviews
• Bachelor's degree required

• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
• Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean, marketing operations)
• Strong systems-thinking mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation

• Hybrid setup
• US working hours (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM Manila Time)
