ENGINEERING CREW OR PROJECT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing roofing project specifications, blueprints, and related documentation to develop a comprehensive understanding of the roofing requirements.
• Developing accurate estimates for roofing projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
• Creating detailed project schedules for roofing installations and repairs, identifying critical paths to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborating with sales managers, roofing crews, other colleagues, and clients to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Ensuring compliance with roofing specifications, local building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Preparing and submitting roofing project proposals, change orders, progress reports, and other documentation as needed.
• Maintaining effective communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients throughout the roofing project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. License is an advantag (For project Engineer) And At least college level for the Engineering Crew.
• Preferably with experience in roofing project estimating, management, or engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a roofing team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality roofing work.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to stay on-site for the duration of roofing projects, ensuring successful completion within specified timeframes.
