About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on financial reporting, revenue analysis, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A). You will play a key role in providing insights that drive business decisions and improve overall financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports
- Monitor and analyze revenue performance and trends
- Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast)
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards
- Provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency
- Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and other departments
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in finance, reporting, or FP&A
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and revenue analysis
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
- Experience in Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or Oracle is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and presentation skills
