Position: Local Account Telemarketer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the local area to introduce and promote our products/services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
• Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and able to handle rejection professionally.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Must be results-oriented and highly motivated.
• Willing to work onsite and flexible with shifting schedules, if required.
