Internal Job Title: Senior Data Analyst (Sustainability and Engineering)Location: 6th Floor, One Ayala East Tower, Ayala Avenue, Makati City
Work Set-Up: Hybrid (Onsite: Monday to Wednesday; WFH: Thursday to Friday)
Work Schedule: 4PM to 1AM Manila Time (overlap with US PST and EST Timezone)
Position Summary:The Senior Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting sustainability and engineering initiatives by analyzing environmental and operational data across global sites. This role is primarily focused on data analysis, reporting, creating and maintaining dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
The ideal candidate is a strong data-driven professional with experience working with large datasets and supporting international stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities: Data Collection & Management
- Collect, clean, and manage large datasets related to energy, water, and waste metrics
- Consolidate and organize data from multiple sources into structured datasets
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
- Perform data validation and QA/QC checks to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights across global sites
- Monitor key metrics and track performance against defined targets
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business and operational requirements
- Develop baseline comparisons and benchmarking insights
- Support data transformation and processing using Excel, SQL, or Python
- Assist in maintaining and improving data workflows and reporting processes
- Help streamline and automate reporting tasks where applicable
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for stakeholders
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Support stakeholders in understanding data outputs and reports
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or any related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics roles.
- Strong background and proficiency in handling large and complex datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (required).
- Preferably with experience in SQL and/or Python.
- Experience supporting international clients or working in a global environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to report or present insights to stakeholders
- Prior exposure to sustainability, ESG, or environmental data is a plus but not required
- Amenable to Work on Mid to Night Shift schedule.
- Amenable to Hybrid Work Arrangement.
